Cheryl Conrad Retirement Announcement

Greetings to you all:

I want to personally inform you of my retirement from P.T. and co-ownership of SSRC.  It brings so many emotions:  First excitement about the future of SSRC with Josh and J.C. leading the way.  I am confident that SSRC will continue to grow, serve you and our community, and be a leader and innovator in P.T. care.   After all…NOT ALL PHYSICAL THERAPY IS THE SAME! 😊

I’m retiring with great gratitude for finding a career that fit who I am.  I thank all of the patients who have entrusted me, not just with their own health and treatment, but also the care of their loved ones.  Thanks for the laughter and for the lessons about dealing with pain and adversity.  Thank you for joining your efforts to mine to help you get back to the life that you wanted.  Thanks too, to our referring physicians who entrusted me with meeting the rehabilitation needs of their patients, their family members, friends, and even themselves.

I am also thankful for all our incredible staff:  People that our patients have consistently told me are like no other when it comes to being welcoming and helpful.  From the cheerful and efficient front desk and business office to the empathetic and incredibly talented clinicians and technical staff:  What an inspiring and fun crew to have spent my days with!

I am thankful for sharing ownership of the practice with Josh, a partner of great wit and knowledge, who shares these gifts easily and without fanfare.  And for Savas and Steve, the previous owners, who believed that we could make SSRC thrive, even in today’s challenging health care world.

I’m excited about what the future holds for me personally: new adventures with family, friends, and volunteer work of course!

I will be reducing my hours in the coming months and will be looking forward to hearing from you.  I will make sure that my patients are thoughtfully transferred to one of the many talented therapists in the practice.

Thanks to each of you for your support over these past many years.  Cheers!

Cheryl
